The Scene
by Lexi Tremain

It was the wedding of the year: the marriage of Alexandra Rudnar, AKA Lexi Darling, to Duncan Tremain. The ceremony took place on the bride and groom’s stunning estate and the happy couple was surrounded by all of their friends and loved ones. Though the bride tried to convince him to wear a kilt, the groom still managed to look quite dashing in his black tuxedo. Beneath the three-button jacket, he wore a burgundy vest, a burgundy Windsor band tie and a white wing collar shirt.

The bride wore an unusual, one-of-a-kind wedding dress designed by the immensely talented Darnell Wu. It was made of a white, gossamer material shot through with silver thread. The bodice lovingly embraced her torso and flared out slightly at her hips, ending mid-calf. Instead of a veil, she opted to wear fairy wings; large, iridescent fairy wings. She wore her hair in a complicated up-do with strands of crystals woven through it. There were no wigs in sight. Her make-up was artfully applied, with intricate scroll work around her eyes in soft colors while her lips were painted a glossy rose. As she stood beneath the sun with the love of her life, she sparkled.

She wore no shoes.

The weather had been absolutely perfect, as if the Fates themselves smiled upon the union. The sun glowed brilliantly in the blue sky as puffs of white clouds lazily drifted along; the slight breeze teased the guests with the subtle scent of wild flowers. Birds sang from the trees and danced in the skies overhead but the only thing the bride could see was the man who stood in front of her, promising to love her for all eternity.

After the vows were spoken and the couple was pronounced husband and wife, the guests were invited to dance on the makeshift stage while enjoying the spectacular brews from
The Black Wolf
bar. As evening fell and day gave way to night, lights twinkled from thousands of little fairy lights strung throughout the trees. And as the moon rose overhead, the song of a hundred wolves filled the sweet-smelling air.

Addendum: The couple is expecting their first child in six months; a honeymoon baby who is already loved beyond reason.

"Duncan, will I grow two more sets of breasts?" Lexi asked, standing naked in front of the mirror as she examined her body, trying to see if there were any changes yet.

Chuckling, he came up behind her and cupped her breasts in his warm hands, making her hiss in pleasure. That was something that had changed; her breasts, her nipples, were extraordinarily sensitive. "No, my love, just two perfect breasts, just the same as when you shift into your beautiful wolf form."

Pressing a hand over her flat stomach, she met Duncan's eyes in the reflection, melting a little when she saw the love that shone so brightly. Even though he had bonded with his wolf he was still Duncan, only enhanced, and she loved him so damn much it hurt sometimes. The sex was phenomenal but it was in the silence that she knew her love was real: being held by him, talking quietly with him, arguing with him and then making up; all of the little things that added texture to their lives. He was her perfect mate.

Sex as a wolf was... it was everything the night in the moonlit woods had been, only more. But she preferred making love with Duncan, face to face. She loved looking into his eyes as he whispered words of passion and made love to her body, her soul. Their wolves were there, too, adding spice to their already hot sex.

And she loved his wolf, who guided her into her new world; taking her by the paw until she was ready to run on her own and then running by her side. When they went running as wolves, they were frequently joined by Ashley and Dima. And by Cole, who was enjoying the notoriety of being a single wolf who used to be human. He hadn't wanted to be left behind, preferring to be transformed into a wolf so he could remain with his best friends, even though he had been terrified.

He was a gorgeous, golden wolf and all of the she-wolves loved him....

Narrowing her eyes slightly, trying to determine if her stomach was a little bit bigger, she asked, "Now, you're sure I'll only have one little cub, right?"

"Maybe two," Duncan teased, kissing the curve of her neck and sending a buzz of aching need down her spine. His palms dropped to her stomach, covering the baby that nestled within as he murmured, "Wolves have a slightly higher chance of twins but I'm more concerned at the possibility of daughters; a Siren-wolf will storm the world and take no prisoners."

She grinned, rubbing her butt against his erection, "Did you know pregnancy makes me extremely horny?"

"I am aware of that," he said calmly, his eyes glowing in arousal. His cock leapt in anticipation as she spun in his arms and draped her arms around his neck. As her full breasts pressed against his chest, he growled, "Do you want me or do you want to run in the woods?"

"I want both," she purred, slipping out of his arms and taking off down the stairs and out the back door, not bothering to dress or shift. She knew he would be on her in a heartbeat and she looked forward to making love to Duncan in the Great Outdoors.

He was her Duncan and she loved him. All of him.
